Who handles your inquiry
Soft Wash Deltona is a service website for JFH Softwash. Questions about your information may be sent to cfranklin@joshfranklinhomes.com or discussed by calling (386) 245-9866.
Information you choose to provide
The estimate form collects your name, phone number, email, property address, requested service, property type, cleaning description, and consent to be contacted. Optional photos are used to understand the requested work. Do not upload identity documents, images of people, or unrelated sensitive information.
How the information is used
Details are used to assess your request, contact you, prepare an estimate, and discuss possible service. Submission is not an appointment confirmation. This form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Storage and notifications
Requests are stored using the website’s hosting and data services. Reading, modifying, and deleting request records is restricted to authorized app administrators. Property photographs are uploaded to private storage without permanent public links. A notification containing contact and request details is attempted to the fixed JFH Softwash email address; photos are not attached to that email.
A failed notification does not delete an otherwise saved request. The confirmation screen distinguishes a saved request from a confirmed notification.
Technical information and service providers
The hosting platform may process request logs, device information, and usage information needed to operate, protect, and maintain the website. The form uses validation, submission timing, and basic spam controls. Hosting, storage, and email services process information to provide those functions.
Retention and requests
Information is retained for handling the inquiry and related business or legal needs. Contact JFH Softwash to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Requests may require identity verification; applicable recordkeeping obligations can affect what can be deleted.
