Size is only one part of the quote
Wall area, stories, roof pitch, enclosure height, and driveway size affect labor and access. Two homes with similar living space can have very different exterior cleaning needs. Photos and an accurate address can help describe the job.
Materials and buildup change the work
Painted stucco, siding, roofing, screens, and concrete need different approaches. Heavy organic growth, oxidation, oil, or mineral stains may require separate discussion. A standard organic-growth clean should not be assumed to remove every specialty stain.
Ask what is included
Request a clear scope identifying walls, trim, soffits, exterior gutters, screens, or concrete areas. Clarify repairs, internal gutter clearing, sealing, and specialty treatments rather than assuming they are included. Combined requests still need a material-specific plan.
How to request a useful estimate
Share your contact details, property address, surfaces, and main concerns. Mention access restrictions, pets, known leaks, recent painting, and delicate landscaping. The estimate form accepts optional private photos; avoid including people, documents, or unrelated personal information.
Follow material manufacturer instructions and seek an assessment for your home’s actual condition. Cleaning is not a substitute for repairs.
